Following the adoption of its Local Plan in January 2020, South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) has requested that we review and where necessary, update some parts of our planning application for the Downtown Grantham Designer Outlet (DGDO).
We have been working hard over the last few months to complete this task with support from our professional advisors.

The DGDO is an important development for Grantham and we remain completely committed to delivering it. The scheme will bring a raft of new facilities to our existing site helping to attract more visitors to the area, boost the local economy and create 1,700 jobs. The level of interest in the DGDO from retailers across the globe also remains strong.
